He is survived by: his child Glen Bickford (Rick); his husband David A. White of Sarasota, FL; his stepchildren, Garnet Turner and Cheryl Jenks; his sibling Elwood Bickford; his former wives, Laura Colepaugh (Pope) and Wilma Bickford (Hanchett); and his friend Jacqueline English.
