He is survived by: his parents, Jeffery Maxwell and Shelly Maxwell (Allen); his siblings, Jeffery Maxwell II and Terri Daniel Coltrane (Gabriel); his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Brenna and Andrew; his uncle Stewart; his aunt Margaret Maxwell; his godparents, Bradley, Jean Maxwell, Anthony, Anne Maxwell, Denise, Larry Bennett, J. G. Allen II and Lori Allen; his grandparents, Maurice and Lois Maxwell; his close friend Colby Provencher; and his friend Buddy.
