With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Brooks of Colchester, Vermont, born in Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on June 10, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billy Burl Brooks and Valeria (Swain); his children, Joseph Brooks (Lynn) of Milton and Lindsay Hughes (Chris) of White, GA; his grandchildren, Kaleigh Bruce, Natalie Hughes and Emily Hughes; and his siblings, Leigh Alsop of Venice, FL, Debbie Foote (Victor) of Cobb Island, MD, June Flynn of Cobb Island, MD, Joseph Collins (Kendra) of Charlotte Hall, MD, Shelly Collins of Cobb Island, MD, Michael Collins (Karen) of Cobb Island, MD and Lisa Stephanos (Dean) of Rockville, MD. He was also cherished by many nieces & nephews and countless friends.
