He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold K. and Margaret; and his sisters, Barbara Carter and Elizabeth Healy (Liz) of Glens Falls. He is survived by: his nephew Mickey Dutcher; his wife Anni Kristensen; his sister Virginia Dutcher; and his brother-in-law William Dutcher. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
When the pandemic sent us all home for a couple of months Tom suggested to six of his high school buddies from Glens Falls that lived elsewhere in New York state, New Hampshire, Virginia and South Carolina, that they meet via Zoom.
