He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cathie Penrose; his daughters, Liza Rixon (Luke) and Katie Campbell (Mike); his grandfathers, Zachary Lovejoy, Andrew Lovejoy and Charlie Rixon; and his siblings, Gerry Merrihew (Jane) of Enterprise, Brenda Jewell (Tom) of Orlando and Scott Merrihew (Barbara) of Vero Beach, Florida.. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
