He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Sumner (Laura) and Beverly Laviolette (Dennis) of Cuttingsville; his brother Gene Sumner of Castleton; his grandchildren, Greg Hewitt, Lana Messer and Eric Sumner; his stepgrandchild Brittani Hellen (Nate Morrison); his stepgreat-grandson Wyatt Morrison; his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Hibbard and Vonda Sumner (Lewis); and also, Kimberly Dauerman and Richard.
