He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearly Allen Sr. and Lillian; and his siblings, Roy, Roger, Donny, Ida and Larry.

He is survived by: his wife Lucille Desautels of Shoreham; his children, Paula (Jay Longe), Perry (Debra) and Pearly III (Pamela); his siblings, Herold and Barbara; and his grandchildren, Laura Kinney and Harley Allen.
