He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Carla (Robby Mazza) and James (Jennifer Noreault); his grandchildren, Lindsi Douglas, Lauryn Crutchfield, Caleb, Jacob and Taylor Noreault; and his great grandchildren, Carter Rae and Cora Rose Crutchfield. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
