He is survived by: his wife Michele Altadonna; his daughters, Kaiya Provost (David Kelly) and Jenna Remillard; his granddaughters, Aria and Ainsley Remillard; his mother Marilyn Provost (Bluto); his stepchildren, Molly, Maren, Mason and Myla Altadonna; and his brother Scott Provost.
