He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Chappell and Marietta Chappell. He is survived by: his siblings, Rick Chappell (Julie) of South Burlington, Kelly Thibault (Dan) of Colchester and Teri Chappell of San Francisco, CA.; his nieces and nephews, Joshua Thibault, Sydney Chappell, Micaela Thibault, Haley Chappell, Alex Chappell and Addyson Chappell; his great-niece Roux Gallien; and his great-nephew Teddy Thibault. He is also survived by other relatives and many special friends.
