He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Dawn, Danny, Charles Jr, Mark Shand (Kathy) and Scott Shand; his stepchildren, Tamara Jaques (Sean) and Todd Tetreault (Erica); his siblings, Robert, David Shand (Lynda), Betsy Shand and Karen Stygles (Billy); his grandchildren, Kelly, Nikki, Tina, Jimbo, Taylor, Matthew, Mccayla, Jaden and Lucy; and his former wife Rita Shand.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Charlie's memory may be sent to Vibrant Church.
