He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Trahan (Bonnette); and his brother Claude. He is survived by: his children, Theresa McMahon (Reid), Kathleen LaBerge (Ed), Bruno Trahan, Jr. (Maria), Rosemary Peters (John), Joseph Trahan (Cynthia), Cecile Moran (Dan), Raymond Trahan (Debra), Claire Bergeron and Sharon Clow (David); and his brothers, Normand and Jacques. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Bruno's name can be made to St. Joseph's Cathedral Church.
