With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas John Bystrek Sr. of Chester, Vermont, born in Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on March 31, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bystrek and Katherine Bystrek (DeGraff). He is survived by: his children, Thomas J. Bystrek, Jr. (Denise) of Cromwell and Cheryl L. Bystrek of St. Cloud, FL; his siblings, Joseph Bystrek of Hillsborough, NH, Richard Bystrek of Brooksville, FL, Katherine Sleming of Brodnax, VA and Pauline Phillips of Brooksville, FL; his grandchildren, Christian Bystrek, Ryan Ogden and Nicholas Matias; and his stepgrandchildren, Stephen Hennessey, Jr. and Kaitlyn Tobias. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
