She was predeceased by: her son Lance Knight. She is survived by: her parents, William Brooks and Arleen Brooks; her spouse Merle E. Knight Jr.; and her children, Rick Knight of Arlington and Merlene Knight. She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
