He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Shepard and Blanche Shepard (Hazzard); his daughters, Tina Shepard and Carol Shepard; and his brothers, Kenneth and Harold.
He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Tomlinson of Tunbridge, VT.; his children, Wendy Morrill of South Royalton and Jeffery Shepard (Terri) of Windsor, VT; his sister Hazel Welch (Roger) of Tunbridge, VT; and his grandchildren, Robert Donahue (Jennifer) of Colorado, Christine Kelly (Dan) of Tennessee, Tina Perley of Tunbridge, VT, Jesse Perley, Jeffery Shepard II (Heather) of Claremont, NH, Jennifer Todisco (State) of Washington and Kenny Shepard (Ashley) of Sunapee, NH. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandsons; many nieces and nephews.
