He is survived by: his wife Ginny Campbell; his children, Bruce Campbell of Woodbury, VT, Diane Campbell, MD (Sue Jamieson) of Wellfleet, MA, Crystal Burhans (Peter) of Castleton, VT and Melody Wilkins (Scott) of Fairfax, VT; his grandchildren, Benjamin and Kelsey Burhans; and his sister Anne Campbell (Ken Matzner) of East Montpelier, VT..
