He is survived by: his parents, Roger Perkins and Kippy Perkins of Thetford Center, VT; his girlfriend Becca Petruzzelli; his son Kolby; his siblings, Kyle (Tori), Korey (Deirdre), Mark and Cheryl Sprang (Michael); and his grandparents, Gayle and Sandra Chapin of Orfordville, NH. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
