He is survived by: his mother Nancy Welles; his father-in-law Wayne; his father Kenneth Sypher, II; his brother Corporal Andrew Sypher (Erin Sypher); his grandmother Betty Russell; his aunt Linda Crosby (Joe); his uncle Barry Russell (Lorie); his cousin Samantha Brow; and his aunts and uncles, David, Philip Sypher, Dorothy Reid and Carol Sypher. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews and his Marine brothers.
