He was predeceased by: his parents, Sabin Crocker Jr. and Faith Wilson of Hingham, Massachusetts.. He is survived by: his wife Maureen F. Breen; his children, Tracy of Chelsea, VT and Charlie Jr. of Mallets Bay, VT; his grandchildren, Taylor Galfetti (AJ Galfetti) of Washington, VT, Jesse Kay (Wyatt Kay) of Chelsea, VT, McKenna Brinkman and Logan Brinkman of Chelsea; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Breen (Patricia) of Barre, VT and Donna Breen of Scituate, MA. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Branch Ambulance, PO Box 74, Chelsea, Vermont 05038 in support of the care they have provided including home wellness checks in recent years, or to Visiting Nurse and Hospice of VT/NH, 88 Prospect Street, White River Junction, VT 05001.
