He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lee, Donald, Lester (Chuck), Phillip, Marilyn and Howard; and his parents, Archie Armell and Beatrice Armell (Mears).
He is survived by: his child Ramey Armell; his wife Sandy Armell (Benway); his grandchildren, Lindsey and Jonny; his daughter Marcy Armell (Patrick); and his brothers, Roy, Clyde and Maurice.
