He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Phillips and Evelyn Phillips (Holden); and his siblings, Barbara, Richard, Roy, Ellen, Harold, John and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his significant other Heidi Marquis; his stepchildren, Katie and Albert; and his siblings, Grace, Carlene, Doris, Carl, Wayne, Sue, Donna, Stubby, Mike and Nancy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
