He was predeceased by: his sister Ilene Goodrich Bothfeld; and his sons, Thomas Dale and Rodney Gene. He is survived by: his son Myles; and his wife Sally. He is also survived by four sons and their wives, Winton and Valerie, James and Maria, Glenn and Ruth, Myles and Rhonda; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
