He is survived by: his wife Deborah Olson of Cabot; his children, Kenneth H. Phillips Jr. (Ciara Roberts Phillips) of Marshfield, VT and Brittany Olson (Justin Gadue) of Marshfield, VT; his pets, Nico and Sox; and his grandchildren, Alex Trombly of Barre, VT, Shylah, Ethan Trombly of Cabot, VT, Jaelynn and Amelia Gadue of Marshfield.
