It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andre Jacques (Cabot, Vermont), born in Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on November 8, 2019, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Phyllis Dupuis of Meriden, CT and Claudette Perron of Waterbury, CT. He is survived by: his parents, Denis Andre Jacques and Rosa Jacques (Mendez); his brother Justin Brian Coggins (Sarah Kelting); his niece Penelope Wren (Peep); his grandfathers, Nelson Mendez, Sr (Marta) and Andre Jacques; and his aunts and uncles, Karen Mendez of Southington, CT, Susan Hubeny of Bristol, CT, Nelson Mendez, Jr. (Dawn), Lisa Perron Lepore and Mark Perron.
