He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Carroll and Florence Carroll; his wife Betty LaGrow Carroll; his children, James P. (Paula), Shelley (Bill Baynham), Jay W. (Mary) and David G. (Michelin); his grandchildren, Samantha, Nikos, Angelos, Sean, Carly (Ben Rivard), Jillian (Kevin Womersley), Taylor, Jenna, Wesley, Malina and Kayla; his great grandchildren, Everett, Arlo, Logan and Finn; and his siblings, Nelda, Maureen, Clement, Wanda and Joan. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
