It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Lapoint (Burlington, Vermont), who passed away on May 25, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sergius Monty and Noella Monty; her husband Gerald Lapointe; and her sisters, Margaret Hawley, Theresa Leach, Betty Monty, Jeanne Monty, Cecile Viens, Lillian Mullin, Yvette Luchinni, Gloria Monty and Veronica Monty.
She is survived by: her son Noel LaPointe; and her brother Peter Monty. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
