He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Sinclair and Mattie Buck Sinclair; and his brother Lawrence. He is survived by: his brothers, Russell, William F. Jr. and Richard; his wife Cecilia J. Bilodeau; his sons, Robert William (Beverly) of Rutland and Steven James (Susan) of Millsboro, DE.; his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Sean; and his great grandchild Cary William Hancq.
