He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Foley and Mary Foley (Griffen); his wife Joyce Foley (Tebeau); his daughter Judy; and his grandson Kevin.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene (Ron Seltzer), Michael (Cheryl Thalmann), Cathy Foley, Jill (Bryan Bouchard) and Scott (Debbie). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
