Robert D. Orr Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert D. Orr of Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on May 20, 2021 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert D. Orr to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Janet and Bill; and his child Dale. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wirick; his children, Shirley of Greenville, NC, Ron of West Dover, VT and Robin (Klaus) of Colchester, VT; his sisters-in-law, Beanie Perkins and Diane Wirick; his friends, Dr. Bob and Pam Macauley of Portland, OR; his daughter Paula Walker; and his grandchildren, Brenda, Fil, Jamie and Peter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at a later date when CoVid restrictions allow family and friends to travel from out of state and from Canada.

In lieu of flowers, Bob asked that friends consider donations to either the McClure-Miller Respite House in Colchester, VT or the Robert Orr Memorial Fund at Community Lutheran Church in South Burlington, VT.
