He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Francis Sr. and Bessie Young; his siblings, Fred (Al), Robert, Dorothy Barnaby (Roger), Ruth Lesage (Francis), Beverly Tanner, Mickey Young and Ramona; and his parents-in-law, Herve, Robella Thibault (Ruel), Gerard Thibault (Katherine), Charles (Margaret), Ulysses, Adrian (Rosanne), Real, Claude and Fleurette Romprey.
He is survived by: his wife Cecile T. Young; his children, Kathi, Lisa Gravel (Richard), Richard (Judy), Bernard (Karyl), Thomas (Jenn), Mark (Sandie) and Alan (Simone); his siblings, Pat Thibodeau, Harold Jr., Edward (Opal), Larry (Charlene) and Raymond (Jean); his siblings-in-law, Andre Thibault (Gisele) and Jeanette Thibault; and his close friends, Edward, Gerald and Robert Desautels. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
