With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Bell (Burlington, Vermont), born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on June 23, 2018 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Gus Franklin Bell, Jr. and Frances Louise Bossier Bell; his wives, Nancy Hayes and Kathryn of Randallstown, MD; and his daughters, Amy Lee of Quincy, MA and Anne Louise of Washington, DC.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
