He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Gagnon and Marguerite Gagnon (LaCroix); his wife Helen Gagnon; and his siblings, Pierrette Hadden, Jean Gagnon and Marcel Gagnon.
He is survived by: his children, John Gagnon (Sarah) of Brattleboro, Katherine Blair of So, Burlington, Andrea Harrington (George) of Colchester, Ann Trombly (Mike) of St. Albans and Rheal J. Gagnon (Kristen); his grandchildren, Rachel Blair, Abby, Michael Harrington, Jack Gagnon, Michael Trombly, Rheal and Sophia Gagnon; and his brothers, Gilles Gagnon (Ruth) and Gerard Gagnon (Jane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
