He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Freeman Germaine and Julia Germaine (LaFrance); his wife Ramona Germaine; his caregiver Gary Phelps; his children, Linda Benoit (Bobby) of Leesburg, FL, Lois Griffin of Burlington, Mark Germaine (Lisa) of Colchester, Louise Shepard (Timothy) of Colchester, Larry Germaine (Gail St) and Melissa Roberts (Hank) of Starksboro; and his grandchildren, Daniel Benoit (Tiffany), Stacy Apthorp (William), Brenda Gilley (Mike), Stephanie Wheelock, Jeffrey Pariseau (Renee), Christopher Wasserbauer (Myra), Tyler Wasserbauer (Samantha), Ashley Prushko (Christopher), Travis Shepard, Kyle Shepard, Heather Shover (Timothy), Joshua Germaine (Chelsea), Katy MacLeod (Jonathan), Billy Roberts and Kelsey Poginy.
