With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Pauline (Marcotte Gauthier) LaPierre of Burlington, Vermont, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 28, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Marcotte and Alma Marcotte (Langlais); and her significant other Maurice "Moe" Lapierre. She is survived by: her children, Holli Gauthier, Mark Gauthier (Jessica Udvardy) and Jeff (Lisa Gauthier); her daughter-in-law Sharrie Gauthier; her grandchildren, Matt Gauthier (Rachel Lomonaco), Luke Gauthier, Tyler Gauthier (Joe Aloi), Tess, Ram Srinivasan, Jennifer Camm and Savannah Gauthier; her great grandchildren, Todd, Teegan and Savi; her stepchildren, Anna (Bob Dorey), Cathy Lapierre, Margaret Lapierre, Michael (Docia Lapierre) and Bob (Bonnie Lapierre); her sisters, Jackie Johnson and Gert Laramee; her sister-in-law Velma Marcotte; her sons, Todd, David and Scott Gauthier; her stepsons, Steven and William Lapierre; her daughter-in-law Jane Gauthier; her grandson Josh Dusharm; her brothers, Rick and Paul Marcotte; and her brothers-in-law, Richrd Larmee and Bruce Johnson. She is also survived by ses several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Brothers.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ready Funeral & Cremation Services South Chapel (261 Shelburne Rd, Burlington, VT 05401). A Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Church (3 St Peter St, Winooski, VT 05404).
