He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Maynard and Marie Maynard (Lemons); and his sister Patty Maynard. He is survived by: his significant other Martha Cunningham; his children, Scott Adam (Melinda) of Holiday, FL, Amy Cassell of Rutland, VT, Nicole Gueniot (Josh) of Colchester, VT and Joseph (Christina) of Jay, VT.; his siblings, Delores Ciechanowicz (Joe), Joan Frosolone (Rich) and Steve Maynard (Susan); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Daniel, Lindsay, Chelsea, Micheal and Caleb. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
