She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Gooch and Robert Mollins; her husband Donald; her sister Lila Withers; and her son-in-law Ruben Loranca.

She is survived by: her children, Dawn O'Brien (David Williams), Donald (Terry O'Brien), Michael (Lynn O'Brien), John O'Brien (Aline Yurik) and Thomas O'Brien (Rebecca Mosely); her grandchildren, Alistair Ramcharan, Jodi O'Brien, Peter Schneider, Stacy O'Brien, Brian Goodrow, Jen O'Brien, Chris O'Brien, Chelsea Roman and John O'Brien; her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Geoffrey Goodrow, Buford, Jr. and Josh Brinklow; and her cousin Miriam Allen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
