He is survived by: his children, Travis Marsh (Angie) of Kentucky, Oscar Delgado, Jr. of Colchester, Liza Rathburn (Stan) of Johnson, Bobby Briere of Johnson, Ashley Delgado of New York and Katrina Delgado of New York; his adoptive son Deano Sullivan of New York; and his siblings, Reinita Arnold (Tom) of Jeffersonville, Keith Delgado of Burlington, Elena and Crystal Ryan of Johnson. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.
