She was predeceased by: her parents, Tillie Hoffman and Sam Hoffman; her sister Beth Judy Rosen; and her nephew Lorne Rosen. She is survived by: her significant other Dr. Seth Barovick; her children, Sheindl Rothman (Jack Rudnicki), Michael (Rhonda Rothman), Karen (Murray Diamond) and Aviva (Clemens Reuter); her stepchildren, Robin Barovick, Tony Polgar, Beth Barovick and David Saltzman; her grandchild Reveena Rothman-Rudnicki; her brother Robert Hoffman (Joanna LaPierre); her siblings-in-law, Kay and Jack Wolofsky; and her children, Wendy Rosen Applebaum, Sandy Wolofsky and Lawrence Wolofsky. She is also survived by cousins and countless friends.
