He is survived by: his daughter Heather Cosgrove (Michael) of North Ferrisburgh; his daughter-in-law Aimee Boucher of Colchester; his son Scott Tougas (Lynn) of Chesterfield, VA; his grandchildren, Timothy, Megan, Kyle, Trudy, Richard, MaryBeth, Elliot, Riley and Austin; his great grandchild Elena; his siblings, Yvonne Deguise of St. Albans, Arthur Boucher (Donna) of Burlington, Tony Boucher (Patty) of Colchester and Rick Boucher (Brenda) of Burlington; his sister-in-law Ruthie Boucher; and his friend Jerry Gervais (Hippie). He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
