He was predeceased by: his grandfather Regis Burkhard; and his uncle Mike Boyarsky. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his son Benjamin; his parents, Lisa Burkhard and Joe Burkhard; his brother Drew; his stepmother Jessica Burkhard; his stepbrother Jordan Marut; his grandparents, Joan, MIlton Boyarsky and Gloria Burkhard; his parents-in-law, Caryl and Vincent Gazzola; and his pet Jett. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles & Cousins, his brothers and sister in law.
