He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Barnier and Blanche Barnier (Badger); his spouse Wanda Hudson; his siblings, Richard of Essex Jct and Marie of Swanton; his son Joseph Robert Jr.; his siblings, Donald, James, George, Pauline Robar, Bernadette Prim and Carol Prim; and his stepmother Rita Barnier (Langlois). He was also cherished by many nieces; nephews and friends.
