It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Lake (Burlington, Vermont), born in Salisbury, South West, who passed away on April 10, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father William Reed Lake (Phyllis); his brother Ontario; his wife Linda MacArthur; his grandchildren, Abby, Ally, Keegan, Zoe, Nathan, Aleks, Camila, Hugo and Garth; and his brothers, Arthur and Robert. He was also cherished by five children.
