He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara DeForge and Norman DeForge; and his pets, Duchess, Bo, Hank, Judd and Coal.
He is survived by: his friends, Rhonda and Mark Abair; his significant other Sue Ellen; his sisters, Jacky DeForge (Linda), Judy Carpenter (Case) and Jo Ann DeForge; his niece Courtney Copp (Matt); his nephew Chris Copp; and his cousin GJ Critchlow.
