He was predeceased by: his father David Hammond. He is survived by: his mother Sheila Hammond; his sisters, Shawntel and Sarah O'Sullivan; his brother-in-law Jason; and his close friends, Scott and Ben. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
