He is survived by: his children, James Stephen Jr., Kenneth Randell Blackmer, Jesse Roy (Bonnie) of Colchester, VT, Tabatha Lynn West (Shane) of Colchester, VT., Tracy and Terry; his nieces and nephews, Angel, David, Jackie, Tommy, Tracy, Missy, Melinda, Marsha, Jimmy, Sherry, Bobby and Scott; his grandchildren, Brittney, Novette, Cody, Jesse Jr. and Dustin; and his great grandchildren, Krisanthoni, Bryson, Noah, Grace, Hailie-Ann and Jesse III.
