He is survived by: his wife Dianne Tucker; his sons, Kris (Nicole Manley) of Malone, Jeremy (Jackie Gonzalez) of Malone and Adam of Malone; his brother Don Hardy of Malone; his grandchildren, Kade, Kole, Krew Hardy and Jayla Gonzalez-Hardy; his brother-in-law Robert Hudak; his nephews, Mark and Stephen Hudak; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Tucker, James Tucker (Karen), Ed Tucker, Don Tucker of Tucson, AZ and Tom Tucker (Wendy) of Florida.
