It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacqueline M. Halvorson in Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorena Longe and Edwin Strong; her children, Jenifer, Jane Halvorson (Dale Atherton) of South Burlington and Tim Halvorson (Kristin Halvorson) of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Angie Lizotte of Burlington, Sam Boutin, Jackson Boutin, Lucy Halvorson, Sarah Boutin, Lawrence Halvorson and Timmy Halvorson; her sisters, Sally Wall of Coronado, CA and Betty; her daughter Jeni; her husband Larry; and her caregiver Larry. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

“Dear Jane, Tim, Angie and all near and dear to Jackie, I was so sad when I arrived to visit Jackie at Brichwood yesterday to learn that she had passed away. Knowing and spending time with her over the past few years has been a joy. She was always so funny and cheerful in her own unique, down-to-earth, no-nonsense way. I know how difficult it was for her to be incapacitated by her stroke. She will always have a place in my heart. Best Wishes to you all, Larry Bingham (former caregiver).”
