She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lima and Jeannine Lima. She is survived by: her family, Valerie Teska (Dan), Tom Lima (Fatima), Stephanie Bissonette (Joe) and Victoria Kelly (Timothy); and her nieces and nephews, Sean (Rebecca), Chris (Jessie), Matt Kelly, Jeannine (John Sullivan) and Emma Bissonette.

Jacquie's family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory, to these facilities, located in Burlington, VT.
