He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Benoit; his brothers, Kenneth Benoit and Wayne Benoit; his nephews, Scott Benoit and Wayne Benoit; and his niece Theresa Benoit.
He is survived by: his parent Marion Benoit (Durant); his wife Margaret Benoit of Burlington; his niece Theresa Tom-Gunn of Scotts Valley, CA; his grandchildren, Nathan Barron, Christina Barron, Alec Benoit and Cory Benoit; his great grandchildren, Logan Mitchell, Brianna Mitchell and Dylan; his stepgrandchildren, Zach Melanson and Benjamin Melanson; his siblings, Peter Benoit (Marsha), James Benoit, Mary Sullivan (Pat) and Theresa Olio (Tony); and also, Robert Benoit (Jill) of Burlington and Deborah Barron (Scott Miller) of Milton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
