He was predeceased by: his father Harley Daniel Palmer Sr. Harley. He is survived by: his mother Cindy Dunshee (Russell); his stepfather John Dunshee; his wife Paula Flanagan; his children, Jeffrey Flanagan, Harlie Gagne (Kyle Gagne) and Mariah Flanagan; his granddaughter Rosalie Gagne; and his brothers, Franklin "Frank" Dunshee (Christine Dunshee) and James "Jim" Dunshee. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
